From the landscape to every inch of the interior, there wasn’t much of this house that we didn’t touch. This 1950s mid-century gem was designed to complement the original terrazzo floors. The kitchen cabinets were painted a smoky grey. Hammered brass hardware, open shelves and white quartz counters with a water fall island were the perfect complement to the original brass inlay, which accented the floors.

A dark and moody powder room was added to the house, as was a funky kids bathroom with a custom vanity and geometric cement tile floor. In the master bath an oversized marble hex floor, custom vanity, and marble tile walls set the tone for this chic mid-century adobe.
